The Park covers a area of approx 7.6 acres, including a childrens play area.

The freehold of the Park is owned by WhelpleyHill Park ltd a company set up to administer the Park on behalf of the residents.

The Park Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Park and there is a Board of directors made up from elected residents who meet once a month to discuss issues and development.

The Park has permanent planning permission with the use of the land restricted to the siting of residential homes. There is no share capital and all income goes towards the running and maintenance of the Park.

Residents live on the Park with the approval of the Company and are required to enter into an agreement with the Company under the Mobile Homes Act 1983.

We welcome your well-behaved pets on the Park provided they are kept under control and do not cause a nuisance but, no more than two pets.
