The Park covers a area of approx 7.6 acres, including a childrens play area.

The freehold of the Park is owned by the residents and administered by Whelpley Hill Park Limited, a company made up of one resident from each home.

The Park Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, a role that is overseen by an elected Board of Directors.

The Park has permanent planning permission with the use of the land restricted to the siting of residential homes. There is no share capital and all income goes towards the running and maintenance of the Park.

Residents live on the Park with the approval of the Company and are required to enter into an agreement with the Company under the Mobile Homes Act 1983.

We welcome your well-behaved pets on the Park provided they are kept under control and do not cause a nuisance but, no more than two pets.
