When we have received satisfactory references, and you have had the opportunity to acquaint yourself with the Regulations of the Company, an appointment will be made for you to meet with the Company's Park Manager, together with the present owners of the home, so that the plot can be formally assigned to you.

The Park Homes Charter was drawn up jointly by the park home industry's trade bodies with a number of residents associations, in consultation with the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions. The Charter recognises that the park owner and the homeowner share the same interest - a well run park where the benefits of park home living can be enjoyed and the purchase of a park home is secure for the future. The Charter has been drawn up to help the homeowner and the park owner to understand and use the law in a fair and even way. It does not affect the statutory rights of any party. It explains those rights and obligations. Only the Courts can give a definitive ruling on questions of law.
