Whelpley Hill Park forms part of the village of Whelpley Hill in Buckinghamshire, which is situated very close to the border with Hertfordshire, only a few minutes’ drive from the towns of Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted, the village of Bovingdon in Hertfordshire, and Chesham in Buckinghamshire.
The site is well-positioned for access to local towns and only a few miles from the M1 and M25 motorways.

The freehold of the Park is owned by Whelpley Hill Park Limited, a company set up to administer the Park on behalf of the residents.

“Occupier” means anyone who occupies a park home, whether under an Agreement to which the Mobile Homes Act 1983 applies or under a tenancy or any other Agreement.
“you” and “your” refers to the homeowner or other occupier of a park home.
